Dear Diary,

Today was a really fun day at school! We had an English test and I got an A! I was so happy because I studied really hard for it. After the test, we had English class where we learned about different types of animals. I learned that mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, and fish are the five main groups of animals. It was so interesting to learn about them!

Later in the day, we had a speaking exercise where we had to describe our favorite animal to the class. I chose to talk about elephants because they are so big and amazing. I practiced speaking in English and all my classmates listened and asked questions. It was a bit nervewracking, but I felt good after I finished speaking.

After school, I went to the library and borrowed a book about animals. I can't wait to read it and learn even more about the animal kingdom.

I had so much fun today and I can't wait for our next English class!
